    Ford Performance Tune

On the Raptor side, for the GEN 3, you send your PCM to Cobb, they will unlock it on the bench, send it back to you, then you datalog and tune like normal. This has been common practice in the Mercedes world up until recently. It's a minor hassle as you're out of a car for 2 days, but not a...

    UNBROKEN’s Iconic Silver ST build

Woohoo, glad Josh got the D-pillar covers! Gotta order now. Are these new or was I just not paying attention?

CV Fab Intercooler in Prototype Stage

@CVF-Jason do you have a cold side pipe planned as well? Excited to see the hot side piping!

    UNBROKEN’s Iconic Silver ST build

Looks good Richard! I was planning on smoothing and wrapping those panels to match the silver console. If I can find the same smooth panels that'll save me some work. You said you got the glossy radio plate from the newer Explorers. Do you have that part number?

    New SYNC version is Available

Nope, just decided to check a few days ago and it started downloading.

CAMBER FROM LOWERING SPRINGS / DOWNSHIFT SURGING

My rear camber right after installing the Steeda springs was -1.7 degrees. After the alignment it's -0.6 degrees. As @UNBROKEN said, get a competent alignment shop. Steeda could care less about your alignment; they made a quality part that fits, and it's your job to get a proper alignement.

    Hate my 3" thermal exhaust

Mercedes fan here, so yes this season has been rough. However, based on the FIA's treatment of Red Bull's "minor overspend" in 2021, Ferrari and Mercedes should just throw 300 mil at the cars for 2023.

    Hate my 3" thermal exhaust

I'm just a simple, lowly engineer, so maybe I'm wrong, but I know when I'm looking for exhaust design for a road car that revs to 6000rpm and has turbos the size of raisins, I usually don't look to multi-million dollar F1 cars with a turbo the size of a watermelon that revs to 13000rpm. Well...

    New SYNC version is Available

Mine downloaded via Wifi yesterday pretty quickly. I have the eero WiFi 6 system, and no issues. Those routers can bounce between 2.4 and 5, so there shouldn't be any issue with Sync connecting.

Blind Spot Detection with Cross Traffic Error

I had this happen within the first week of owning my 2020. Well, not the screens going blank, but all the module communication errors. I checked the battery, and it was crapping out. Quick fix while I waited at the dealership.

    New aFe strut tower brace

Haha, the space the Steeda brace allows underhood is definitely a top reason to get it. I understand it's an Explorer and it's not truly needed, but Ford should be embarrassed with that paper-thin factory "brace". I was able to easily fold it several times to throw out.

    New IC from STEEDA

I saw their post on IG. If you look at it, it's just a rebranded CVFab intercooler. It's cheaper buying through CVFab with their forum discount.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

@Cajun Heat Thanks for the heads up, will do! I was also going to rewrap it so it doesn't look like my 4 year old wired this car.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

@TMac not surprising, seems like the Z32 was the favorite of the Japanese sports cars in contemporary reviews. Gorgeous car you had.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Yep, RB26. The badge from the 300ZX looks identical but it about 5 times this size.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

As someone who owns a 2020, and has seen the ExST scene evolve from scratch, I remember when the man, the myth, the legend, Brett from FenFab was the only one making parts for this truck. So, it felt a little wrong that I didn't have any FenFab parts. Well that changed today! I threw on his...

aFe Power Momentum GT Cold Air Intake System

After I installed mine, I saw a roughly 50mpg increase. However this was only for about 100 feet as I coasted down the hill out of my neighborhood. When I was actually driving it obviously changed nothing as far as mpg. There is no real drawback aside from it lightening your wallet a bit...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Drove home for lunch and replaced the leaking rear shocks, Rock Auto had the best price. Not a bad leak, but I don't want to see any leak from my shocks, especially at 25K miles!

    Ford Performance Tune

A famous philosopher was once asked about buying a warrantied / guarantied product, similar to this FP tune. His response was "Because they know all they sold you was a guaranteed piece of shit. That's all it is, isn't it? Hey, if you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it guaranteed, I...

    Ford Performance Tune

Why? It's not like this is some extended warranty, it just doesn't affect the factory warranty. If you tune a 2020 with this turd, should Ford restart the warranty?
