What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Good to know. I'll add something underneath to hopefully stop that.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Another boring addition but I think good for a daily. Got the Cup Holder Hero kit. It's a bunch of high quality rubber inserts for every opening in the Explorer. All cup holders, door pockets, and random storage places. Got it on Amazon. It comes in a few colors but I got black.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Added WeatherTech floor mats for all 3 rows. Not exciting but needed to protect the car during family hauling duties. They fit great and clean up easy.

Drivers Window & Mirror Controls Stopped Working

This actually happened to me last week. Only once. I just had the drivers switches replaced for peeling chrome, so hopefully it never happens again!

Ford Performance Parts for 2020 Explorer ST

There's several good reasons for not caring about a FP tune for the Explorer ST. The first is FP tunes are crap; ask anyone that had one of these on their Coyote. The remainder of the reasons are the good experiences people have with ZFG, PBD, Livernois, Gearhead, etc, which actually add power...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Little addition, well actually a subtraction. Rear wiper delete. I used the link @UNBROKEN provided, the NiceCNC brand on Amazon. Same title and everything, but it didn't have the little nub he had to grind off. So that made this job even easier!

The Thermal R&D cat back exhaust PREMIER!

My Thermal exhaust came in pretty badly damaged packaging as well. The mid-pipes were perfectly packaged and not even a minor dent in the box, the 2nd box with full exhaust looked like a pissed off gorilla tired to deliver it to my house. I saw no damage to the parts inside or anything...

    Rear windshield wiper delete.

Any or tricks for removing the interior panels on the rear hatch? Plan to do this wiper delete this weekend.

    pelotonracer2's build

Finally someone else with titanium lug nuts! Looks great. Agreed, I don't like black lug nuts and don't mind spending the cash on quality parts. I personally wanted closed end, heard great things about ChasingJs. I like the burnished look on most of their parts. I know some people think I...

So what other cars are in your stable?

Updated our stable on Thursday. Sold my E63 and now the Explorer is officially mine (was technically my wife's). Got my wife a 2021 Range Rover Velar. Not particularly sporty as it's the P250 but it's built well, gorgeous inside and out, and rides amazing. My wife loves it.

    Whipple intercooler

I was in a similar boat a few weeks back, waiting for the Thermal exhaust to ship. I will say I was a pest, because I was waiting a few months for a $1600 part. Ron didn't always answer the phone, but when he did he was understanding, great to talk to, and very informative on the situation...

The Thermal R&D cat back exhaust PREMIER!

Like any exhaust system, it's pretty simple. Basic ratchet and socket set should do it. I see no reason anyone couldn't install it . I know the factory system is pretty bulky, not sure if you need a second person for that.

The Thermal R&D cat back exhaust PREMIER!

Haven't installed mine, but it's sitting in my garage. Looks high quality, and sounds great in the clips I've listened to. Also, it's the only one that's truly cat-back so you replace the crappy Ford flex joints. I'd say you made the right choice!

    Ford Nationals, Carlisle, PA

Love this show. I used to go back every year, combine it with visiting family in Philadelphia & Lansdale (born in Harleysville). Haven't been in 3 years, will take my kiddos next year.

Where did you get this? Looks great

Explorer ST Wheel Size, Bolt Pattern, Offset & Tire Information

Every pound matters (especially rotational and unsprung), and even a little bit here and there can add up. Just because the truck weighs a bunch doesn't mean I shouldn't chase weight out of it. Anyone need the link to the titanium lug nuts I got?

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Didn't do anything to the car per say, but received my OCD Plug pillar covers and Thermal R&D exhaust! Thanks to @ron@whooshmotorsports for answering my questions while awaiting shipment. Will get both installed shortly.

    UNBROKEN’s Iconic Silver ST build

@UNBROKEN love the strut bar, hope FenFab gets his available soon! But my only question, does it flex down when you lean on it like the useless stock one! Side note, for a minivan forum, this sure attracts a lot of super mega engineers and know-it-alls!
