    Lowering Springs Pros and Cons

It has nothing to do with fitment of the springs, it's just how they stamp their name on the spring. Install them how they fit and should be installed, just ignore how the logo is oriented.

“New to me” 21 Explorer ST

First off, welcome and congrats on the new buy. 1)I too have noticed clicking after turning the car off but it doesn't happen every single time, just every once in a while 2)The foot sensor for the tailgate is very finicky, not something we can really do anything about. 3)The sunroof drain is...

Anyone Replaced Your Driver's Door Seal at Dealer?

I believe it’s just glued in. Easy to take off and pop back on hardest part would be dealing with the adhesive. These cars are still pretty new so I don’t think many people have done this.

    Break in period limiting RPMs

I think we can all understand that. A tune should fix the funky shifting of the transmission and make the shifts pretty nice. We’re all just saying what’s happening to it now. Unfortunately just no time yet for the 2025 so Sport mode would be your only choice to try to get a better driving...

    305/45/20 All season?

Can’t argue with that, but that’s also not what I’m saying though. Experience is the number one way to get knowledge, but research also does too. Technically that tire is rated 26 out of 28 in its category which does mean it’s not a great tire like I said. That’s what my first post about them...

    Break in period limiting RPMs

Am I missing something here? Redline is around 6200 RPMs so of course it isn’t going to rev past that. Your going to hit the rev limiter and that’s what it sounds like your doing.

    Rod Knock at 4K miles.

Wow ok. Like I said, these engines themselves are actually pretty reliable, being a mass produced vehicle you’re going to get crappy quality ones like yours it seems like. Especially with the crappy quality control ford had during those earlier builds like our old 2020 A Build. Most of us are...

    305/45/20 All season?

I ran Cooper tires, but it was awhile ago so my opinion might be outdated but I haven’t heard anything different about them. They were quiet and lasted a while, but treadwear was midrange and any traction was horrible.

    305/45/20 All season?

You don’t need to be familiar, crappy tires.

    305/45/20 All season?

Pretty much. Just one of those tire sizes.

    Transmisión stuck in Park

So it won't shift out of park? Battery could be losing charge or alternator could be bad.

Laughing at alignment on Ford's site

That is funny. The website is probably just a glitch, but that photo is not. Wonder who did that.

    Wider tires?

No you shouldn’t rub at all.

2020 with 20 inch Wheel Question on offset.

Will fit perfectly fine. I believe stock 20” offset is somewhere around 43-44 MM I think.

    Blowoff Valve

A mustang GT is a NA V8 so not sure what that has to do with anything. You won’t have problems as long as you purchase the correct BOV and install it correctly.

    Rear Sway Bar End Links

You won’t notice any difference with adjustable sway bar links. I don’t think anyone but @UNBROKEN really runs them and he was probably the first to do it.

    Rod Knock at 4K miles.

Sounds plausible. Turbo oil seals are known to leak but have the telltail white smoke on startup.

    2022 Explorer ST Build

Very interesting. Definitely keep me updated on how it works out for you. Like I said, it was pure speculation he was saying that so until we get real world results then we’ll never know for sure. Cool your trying it!

Honest opinion of 2025 ST. Buying a 24.

Interesting. The steering column and steering wheel look to be the exact same as prior years.
