Looking for 500hp, what’s the best plan 2023 ST 3000 miles

Most people who have done dyno running some ethonal mix so that’s what I was referring too. Also, I’ve always heard great things about ZFGs tranny tuning, and your tranny fluid is probably low if it’s still like that. Edit: just saw that you said you did that already. Like others mentioned send...

Looking for 500hp, what’s the best plan 2023 ST 3000 miles

Intercooler and tune will get you pretty close to 500 AWHP and definitely more then 500 at the crank. What matters most even more then those numbers is that you will be running a lot better numbers in the 1/4 mile and driving experience will be a lot better. Here’s my modding guide for these...

    Getting rear axle bolt fixed

I would just reflash it back to stock just in the case they do do anything.

    Dangerous?

This was just a very good harmless lesson. Car didn’t fall off the wheel, no parts were damaged, it was just a scary lesson. No need to beat yourself up about it, just something to learn from.

    Dangerous?

Like everyone mentioned above, if you were trying to take all the lug nuts off the car before it was jacked then that obviously is not good. I know a lot of people slightly loosen the lug nuts before jacking it so that the wheel just doesn’t work against you when trying to take the lug nuts off...

Best Explorer ST 2021 exhaust in the 2024

The stock exhaust performance wise is perfectly fine, there’s no performance gain with any aftermarket exhaust. Sound wise the Thermal exhaust is the best sounding one.

    Rotors

The stock system performs really well for OEM, 2-piston brakes, I was really impressed during the ST Experience.

    Snapped down pipe

SPD does great quality work, it’s just the bracing they had on the down pipes that could cause them to crack, they admitted it themselves that’s why it’s absent on their newer version.

    K&N Oil Filter

Well Fiats has somehow stayed alive for a long time, just because you’ve been around a long time doesn’t mean your good.

Explorer lunging at high speed while parking

These Explorers definitly don't slow down as much as any of my other trucks or Expeditions have in the past. Sport mode loves to be in a higher gear, as it's name implies, so if the RPMs get a little low, it'll blip the throttle to downshift and rev match. It will not slow down, but it won't...

Explorer lunging at high speed while parking

The gas pedal on these cars are very soft and easy to press, the floor mat could have easily pressed the gas had it had enough pressure or movement.

    JXB bushing insert

You wouldn't notice any difference in any way with the bushings insert in normal driving scenarios.

    Recommended First Upgrades

First off your using the wrong terminology, Steeda and Fenfab offer rear subframe bushings. The subframe bushings and bushing inserts do nothing handling wise, there is no way that they could help, they're not connected to any suspension parts. I was referring to the subframe bushings, but my...

    Rotors

It's all about driving style. Any rotors can become warped if you brake late, or ride the brakes a lot. I've seen people on the groups go through rotors every 10k miles because of their driving style. Not anything particularly abnormal for any vehicle. Welcome to the forum.

Explorer lunging at high speed while parking

That definitely isn't normal. I haven't heard of that problem on these Explorer's.

It only really helps if your launching the car and getting a lot of wheel hop.

    Warranty-Safe Performance Mods

You’ll probably never experience any problems that any aftermarket part could cause but you never know what stock part could go out and dealer pin the blame on you.

    Warranty-Safe Performance Mods

Oh man this is the number one most nieve question to ask, but I’ll give you the scoop. Any aftermarket part has the possibility to void warranty. Any aftermarket part can void warranty when and only when it is proved to have caused the problem. A lot of people always ask, “will these mods void...
