    Cracked Windshield

Thanks. Last question; did you take yours to their shop, or did he come to see you with the glass? Thanks SO much for your responses!

    Cracked Windshield

Thanks 66gt. Any issues with the installer being familiar with the "smart" windshield install, or camera aiming that someone else mentioned earlier in the thread? How's your wind noise? Sounds like it's the same as before the replacement, since you are happy and have no complaints. Thanks!

    Cracked Windshield

I have to replace my windshield too, same reason. Pebble hit. Safelite was out on Friday and patched it, and I thought they did a good job. But took the car out today, and it sat in the parking lot in the sun, about 85 degrees. Got in the car, and a long crack appeared. So now it's...

Anyone get frustrated with people thinking you are a cop?

That cop car looks bad ass lit up!

    Bang and Olufsen opinion?

Yep, grew on me too. The system is not bad. Bass is light, I'm now just running the bass on the eq almost all the way up. The system is pretty clean sound even at max volume. It ain't bad, but certainly there is better. I'm a musician and play in a band, and I'm content with the system after...

    UNBROKEN’s Iconic Silver ST build

UNBROKEN, what's the meaning behind the name? I've read many of your posts, sorry if I missed it somewhere. Kind of fun watching you spend what appears to be unlimited cash on your ST so we can all see the possibilities!

Welcome to the Explorer ST Forum, please post an introduction

Thanks for the reply STilver. Nope, not babying it. I'm at about 12K miles now, haven't had any major problems. The leaking I mentioned in the early post doesn't seem to be a problem, and your explanation makes sense. When I went in for my 5k and 10k oil changes, I had them look underneath to...

Best tune for 2020 Ford Explorer ST

Hi, I live in Denver, altitude 5280 ft. The highest octane here is 91. Is there any benefit in getting a tune for power? Thanks! Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk

    Auto Hold System Fault

I seem to see it after I start the vehicle remotely. After I get in, push the start button and shift into gear, I see it. Not all the time; colder outside temps may be a factor as well. Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk

    Shoddy Craftsmanship....

I must agree. Open your moon roof if you have one and look at how the fabric from the roof is attached in there. Quite junky for a $60K vehicle. Still digging the car overall though! Sent from my Pixel 4 XL using Tapatalk

Who plans on adding paint protection film?

I haven't had them reapply my letters either after getting clear bra. I too might leave them off. I'm at 5K miles now.

    Sync3 Navigation Traffic-based routing

Hi, Does anyone know if the Sync3 Navigation routes based on real time traffic? From my experience, it doesn't seem so. My 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee nav system did. Thanks! Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

Phone Charging while car is off

Does anyone know if any of the USB ports or the wireless charger can provide power when the car is off? I haven't been able to make this work. Thanks! Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk

    Instrument Cluster and SYNC

What I do on this is use one click of rotation to "activate" the display, then click the number of moves I need to go to the mode I want. In my case, usually that's one click for activate, then two clicks to the right for Sport mode. Works every time. But I agree with you, the display is WAY...

Strange sound from front when coming to a stop.

Hi MBK, don't hear any popping sound when coming to a stop. Windows up or down? Do you hear from inside the car our from the outside with the window down? I'm over 700 miles on my ST now, just took delivery August 31. I do pay attention to weird noises, etc., but haven't noticed anything...

    Explorer ST Fake Exhaust Tips

I heard that about emissions entering the cabin as well, although I don't know that it is the reason for this particular feature.

    ST vs. Platinum Engine

Thanks. Kind of makes me wonder why they wouldn't just give both the 400hp tuning. I mean, I get that the suspension and other things are also tuned differently.
