2025 ST in build looking for suggestions on mods/ other members favorite upgrades that dont void warranty

Any aftermarket part can void warranty ONLY if it is the cause for a problem. Otherwise a dealer cannot void it. Honestly, if you are afraid (justifiably) of voiding warranty, I wouldn’t touch the car other than cosmetic mods. The stock car is pretty awesome as it is. Here is a guide I came up...

Break it to me gently, boys

Yeah that is kind of an important way with learning is not dying :)

Break it to me gently, boys

Hey we’ve all been there unfortunately. Doesn’t seem to major though. Simple enough MIG like @UNBROKEN said and you should be perfectly fine.

assuming a new ST will be good light off-roading

Dang that sucks. I was dreading that we would have bad weather the day I went but thankfully it was good.

Hey know them. Used to live there. Rich Ford usually cuts some pretty good deals, I think the deal that you would get for A-Plan would be worth it.

Looks like you also got some aftermarket goodies like the ST Experience emblems and custom Ford emblems. Congrats and welcome!

assuming a new ST will be good light off-roading

Yeah they do the same in Park City. Fun stuff and definitely showed some off road capability. Traxda is the one that makes the lift.

assuming a new ST will be good light off-roading

I would say the ST could handle some trails, nothing too serious, but unpacked roads would be fine to conquer with these cars. Good luck and welcome to the forum!

    Improving 2012 explorer’s awful headlights?

This is the wrong forum for your car. But, LEDs in a Halogen housing are probably worse then the stock halogens as far as scattering light. I would check for some custom HID headlights.

My favorite way of justifying it is saying I “basically traded” this for that.

    New engine/exhaust drone

That has to be an exhaust leak. These cars are well known to have cracks in the welds of the downpipes or where the muffler is.

Best Explorer ST 2022 exhaust just bought today

The intercooler seems to not be so hard it just seems very time consuming.

New Owner - 21 ST Questions

Agree with others on new battery. It looks like it is needed. That should be it. You can erase/change the door code via the touchscreen. You go to settings on the bottom right of the screen, vehicle, and door unlock code and it will ask for factory code, enter that and you should be able to...

    22” Wheels??

I thought the link he had was for a 22x10.5 with +40 offset. My fault.

    22” Wheels??

Offset is too close to struts. They should make some +30 or +32 offset wheels in that model I thought which would work.
