Have had similar issue. Thought it was coming from leaky rear strut, which I had replaced, but same squeak and creek returned. Is this normal for Steeda lowering springs? Annoying and disappointing if that's the case.
Other than having a leaky strut recently that may or may not be related to the lowering springs, I have zero issues with the Steeda lowering springs. After they were installed and I received an alignment, I immediately noticed an improvement in handling and overall driving experience. I'm a fan...
Hey Mike, Rob is great. He's handled all of my upgrades and highly recommend. He gets busy, so worth calling to book any install/upgrades you have in mind.
Not entirely local to the Bronx, but Rob's Performance in Belleville, NJ has handled my upgrades, sway bars, brakes, exhaust, etc. He's a one-person operation, so gets booked up, but I highly recommend him.
Not sure about Lethal or Eibach, but I'm a Steeda fan, even though I live in the Northeast. Love, love, love how my car rides. Yes, other mods such as tires and sway bars help, but still a fan.
Worth checking out the below thread on H&R and Steeda. I'm sure there are other threads too...
I switched to the Michelin's Pilot Sport All Season 4s and haven't looked back. Yes, a little pricey, and not sure how well they do on the snow, but my car is lowered, and the ride quality plus grip have been great. Worth researching.
Zero regret and would do it all over again. Throttle response is greatly improved and so is shifting. Not sure if the tune adapted further but love the overall responsiveness. Highly recommend it for those interested in increasing the fun factor of their STs.
Has anyone experienced a grayed-out screen like this? Nothing worked except the radio and the cameras. It happened this afternoon. I turned the car off and went inside to google how to soft reset Sync, and when I went back and turned on the vehicle, everything was back to normal.
I would suggest following the instructions on the site as you want to have the procal setup with your stock info uploaded before having ASE or dealer install. At least, that was my experience.
