I had all the same symptoms and unplugging the rear hatch sensor cable fixed them all. I have no idea why it works but the dealer was minimal help with a backordered rear camera and not seeing the window or hatch issues when they looked. Follow KNTRDRs well pictured post above and unplug it...

Solution Found! I kept getting random chimes even with my keys sitting in a cupholder. I actually got worried when I would park and as soon as I dial in Park the hatch would open. Once the hatch opened as I was walking away... At the same time the foot wagging opening feature always worked...
