Check engine light on and fuel level sensor doesn’t work - throwing code P0463 - unfortunately it’s no longer under warranty. Anyone else experience this? Any idea what something like this costs to get repaired?

I think this is happening to my explorer which is now out of warranty. Do you know if this was a costly repair?

Device back for sale. Had a ZFG tune on it, doesn’t matter now since you’ll need to buy credits & a tune. Looks perfect, in box & ready to go. Quoted $649 for 4 credits & a ZFG tune. Doing it this way will save you a couple hundred bucks rather than buying everything from the ZFG website.

Hey, Can anyone using an ethanol sensor confirm the average amount of ethanol they put in per full tank to get to E30? I have the GearHead AO tune I have been using the e85 calculator app and it says 5.33 gallons of e85 per tank. BUT that is assuming 85% ethanol in the pump. I doubt it’s...

Is this bolt on, or do you need a shop to weld it? It looks like the tips just tighten on with the clamps provided, but curious about the back half.

I will also add I recently changed my spark plugs to the ford performance 1 step colder plugs with the .28 gap and that made the tune feel much smoother and powerful when using ethanol. With 93 it feels the same, but with e30 the car feels much better with the tighter gap

Yes I tinted the inner tails. I dont mind the red outer ring, I think it ties in the red ST nicely. Check out my post #2,284 on the previous page. I did the "tint" color. Looks clean, but you could definitely go darker. On the all black I didn't want to over do it though.

What’s the torque spec for the spark plugs? Haven’t seen that mentioned in the forum

Yes the black plate on the black car makes a HUGE difference. Probably one of my favorite simple exterior mods to be honest.

When you jumped to the E50 tube did you have to upgrade your spark plugs to a tighter gap or a cooler stage? what’s the general consensus on the spark plug issue and ethanol tunes? @UNBROKEN any input?
