I have always just gone to autozone or whatever and bought a battery. I have never called Ford and bought one as I always thought they were more expensive. Will they sell one without setting up an appointment and having them do the work etc? I will put it in myself. Has anyone bought one...

It only clicks when the battery is dead. If I jump it, it will start fine with no clicks or issues. So far, I have yet to see any smoke myself. I plan to get underneath it today in addition to replacing the battery.

She said the smoke was coming from the driver's side.. Which is the side axle that was replaced. Is there a ground on that side that would have been undone for that replacement?

Yes. Thermal only shows 1 set of mid pipes so I think they work with both the 2.5 and 3" systems. They just won't work with the stock system. Right now, still available.

As it's still in the original box, I am just using those dimensions and weight. The box is 48x12x12 and has a listed weight of 18lbs. Using those at UPS and Fedex gives ~$65 UPS ground and ~$72 Fedex. I selected the first NY area code I could find.
