If everybody goes with an AFE cai then my next question could be are the OEM charge pipes large enough or do they also need to be upsized ? I assume that's what Fenfab is doing?
Apparently low oil pressure is an issue for the Explorer ST upon acceleration. I assume it gets worse as the power curve increases. I have been asking about this for a while now with no real answers. Looks like Kruppa went with an Accusump Oil Accumulator Kit that will preserve oil pressure...

Just checked on the availability of the AFE CAI's for those who pre-ordered. The current date of availability is now November 30th. So if you were thinking you would get it the first week of November think again.
Received my Fenfab catted downpipes today. Anyone here have any issues regarding the brackets attached to the downpipes causing unwanted sound/vibrations? Thought it would be good to know in advance as it was mentioned recently in a discussion about the SPD downpipe brackets.
As we pour more and more money into our vehicles with new wheels, tires, one of exhaust, turbos, etc. are folks getting supplemental insurance or will the agencies like American Family, State Farm cover the upgrades we are making if something bad happens to the vehicle?
This is about the only video a person cannot find regarding an ST modification. I would love to hear the discussion and watch the tools fly against the wall in frustration :ROFLMAO:.

Anybody been brave enough to clean the engine bay of their ST yet? I may try it with spray bottle of water cleaning small areas at a time to try and avoid wetting certain electrical parts.
Thought I would stop by Wendy's to grab my wife :oops: a salad. That's the good deed. There was a magnetic explorer ST in front of me in the drive-thru that climbed the curb with the rear driver side wheel as he pulled forward from the speaker. Hope his wheel is ok (see other wheel damage...
Not telling you anything you don't already know but I have looked down the road a time or two and noticed how the grey tone vehicles blend in with the color of the road...
