    Something is obviously messed up for struts and mounts to be failing for me only after a few thousand miles. And even for others with under 100k miles and only a few years old. Maybe it was a batch of covid struts still in circulation lol.

    Do you know for a fact that they will just tweak the existing 91 tune? I'm betting they have to start all over again with baseline, tank full of 93, and do all the data logging pulls and file transfers back and forth. That is why he will have a 91 and a 93 tune that he can flash back and forth...

    CVFAB downpipe w/ thermal 3 in install

    I have the cvf downpipes and thermal 3" exhaust and absolutely love the combo. I had a shop install it and they didn't mention needing to cut anything. The downpipes are designed to fit the stock exhaust, and the thermal system is designed to fit the stock downpipes. It should all work.

    I did DP's and exhaust. I had the same logic as you plus the sound and looks make me happy. Aesthetics are a thing. Plus with all the other mods/tune and hey an extra 25HP adds up. I'd like to think the DP's also help with turbo spool up, then again not like stock it was a big deal.

    Just got the ST back from the dealer. Great service from Mark Ficken Ford in Charlotte. Dropped it off Friday AM, picked it up Monday afternoon all fixed. It was indeed the front struts similar to the MY23 TSB posted earlier in this thread. I'm betting Ford has a stash of "potentially bad"...

    Dealership just reached out. They stated that both front struts and possible strut mounts will need to be replaced. They say the parts should arrive tomorrow. Pretty shocked that they'd have them that quick, we'll see!

    I'd still like to understand the reason for so many RDU failures in the first place. Is it poorly designed, poor QA, shitty materials, installed improperly, undersized mounting system causing excessive movement, undersized in general for the power it is handling? All of the above?

    Awesome can't wait to read about your build. That being said going all in like that wouldn't it be prudent to look into engine internals upgrades as well (forged pistons, connecting rods, etc)?
