    RWD fuse

All power always goes to the rear. It's only the clutch-operated front wheel drive that's controlled. There may be some way to disable the FWD clutches.

    Oil capacity

But look at the height of the centerline of the crankshaft. It's a long way from there to the bottom of the oil pan. @Cruising68 is right, adding a half quart more oil isn't going to affect the crankshaft once oil is displaced to the upper end when running.

Interesting new find…and not a good one.

I would bet the bushing material is too soft. That's causing the mounting bolt to move which causes the eccentric to "ride up" over limit tab bending the ends of the mount. Those are the aftermarkets from FenFab, right? They should have used a higher durometer bushing.

    Smoking on cold start

They have to blame ignorance on something. To suggest the CAI is affecting smoke on startup is appalling stupidity.

    Thermal 2.5 and P2096?

No need to grasp at straws. It isn't a back pressure issue or flow issue. The only possible explanation is an exhaust leak. You tightened down the clamps on the Thermal, but I'm betting it still wasn't sealed. There are other threads and posts that have found it a problem to get a tight fit.

    Caliper Paint

Since you're asking, I think silver would be a good match for that color.

    Thermal 2.5 and P2096?

Doesn't have anything to do with air filter or exhaust flow speed. Popping sound on deceleration shows exhaust leak on bank 1. Installing the exhaust may have compromised cat connection at turbo or midpipes.

Explorer ST 1/4 Mile Time Slips

Is this on e50 or ? What shift RPM? Has ZFG modified rev-limit/shift speed? Any logging showing mass flow in lbs/min at shift limit?

whoosh motorsports high flow catted downpipes

The P0420 code relates to cat efficiency- the rear sensors are responsible for this code, generally not the wide-bands pre-cat. If the wide-bands were the problem there would be a lot of other codes. First check for any misfire codes. Those codes need to be addressed first and could be related...

    Loss of Power

The turbos are a mechanical device- they just don't stop working. Most likely it is the wastegates. There is either an electrical issue, a vacuum issue, or the ECU has just decided to hold them open for some other reason related to engine preservation.

Miracle My Engine Didn't Blow Up

These are just my observations: Unless you bought the one-in-a-million plug that was bad, I attribute the first bad plug to detonation which will definitely give off misfire codes even though technically the engine didn't misfire. Assuming that to be the case, you're looking at bad fueling or...

Miracle My Engine Didn't Blow Up

Yeah, something bigger is wrong! Since you have the Nostrum parts, any chance you've logged fuel pressure?
