What "valve" did they replace? Did that fix the problem? When you say they replaced "resonators", to what are you specifically referring? DId that fix the problem? My first bet is since you have replaced your intercooler it is a boost leak. Need more info.

I'd like to point out that the grill shutters aren't used to "help the engine warm up faster". That is the job of the thermostat. In fact, until the engine warms up enough to allow the thermostat to open and send coolant to the radiator, the radiator doesn't perform any function at all.

Yep, that is the four bolt. See the two bolts in the subframe horizontal to the diff with rubber bushings. The three bolt diffs only have the one on the left side of the picture.
