They will review the pics, see that the resonator is shedding the packing. Verify your original purchase and probably send a new kit or parts to replace the defective ones. They might send a return slip also to send the defect parts back..... this is what I expect, I am waiting for 5star to...

Battery powered leaf blower, works just fine for me. Also it really helps with drying the wheels and wheel wells.

Just checked all doors and they are fine, man that’s frustrating me just looking at the pics.... hopefully it’s covered under warranty and it’s a quick and easy fix.

Nice! In the last one while it’s in your garage when you are reving it you can hear the snaps and pops.... I like it. I’m sure once it’s “Broken In” the sound will be even better.

I forgot to ask one question about this system... aside from the Heat shield bolts, is there any other points that could cause rattles? I did torque the clamps to 36 foot pounds like the manual instructed although I feel this is a little too weak but I’m no expert on torque specs for stainless...

This one is not a “New” thing exclusive to the Explorer, if you hold the “OK” button down on the steering wheel and while holding it down start the vehicle the dash display goes into a service mode... sorry I can’t think of the actual mode name but it’s kinda cool, test the chimes, dash lights...

Thank you guy’s... I am very happy with the setup from 5star, I currently have the Dailystreet/Tow 93 octane set and it made a huge difference, it drives so much better and has more power. I am going to set the 93 octane performance tune tomorrow just to see how much more power is produced.

Thank you for the reply, I agree with the fact that more power= more heat.... just weird that with the stock exhaust it wasn’t as hot. I forgot to mention it was no more than 80 degrees when I did a test ride and I did HotDog it a bit to be able to hear the exhaust note. I am going to drive it...
