Its in the lighting settings. You can change how long they stay on.

I did that yesterday and it still shows i have a Sync update available for mine. Im gonna try to upload the XML file again and if that doesn't work i'm going to stop worrying about it.

It says you can update over wifi but when i check it that way it says 3.4 is the most up to date one. Maybe it just needs some time, i'll check it tomorrow i guess. I have fast wifi even in my garage and i confirmed the Explorer was connected to it and using data when it said it was checking...

They removed that option, its not like the rear A/C controls. The seats were just left off the builds completely in builds built after about Feb or March this year i believe.

Yup, the E-brake is what it is. I hear it on my 2022 and like yours sometimes its louder than others, but its always the same sound no matter the volume. I engaged and disengaged the parking brake with the switch to make sure thats what it was on mine.
