    Front Tow Hook

It's the same process you go through to change the intercooler or change the front Ford oval emblem. The entire process to remove the front facia is about 30mins or less.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

More like what I did all week but here is a towing update - I took my daughter to the Appalachian Mountains in West Virginia to dirt bike and ATV ride the mountains. Round trip was just under 900 miles. My fully loded trailer weight was 5,060 pounds and I'm sure the GCWR of my loaded 25' ST and...

    Steel City Mods?

Many people on this forum have went with CV Fab intercoolers (including myself). Any brand seems to perform nearly the same so brand loyalty isn't very importand IMO. Strut braces are really cosmetic only on the Explorer ST. They have been discussed many times on this forum. Many people ugrade...

    2025 Explorer ST Dash Cover

People usually use them to block UV and heat on the dash pad which causes damage. It also reduces internal heat when the vehicle sits. A soft look is also an appeal by many. I've personally never owned one but I'm not against them. I just had my front windshield 50% ceramic tinted which will...

    Oil Change

You will find 100 different answers from 100 different people on this topic.. . For me, I do my 1st oil change @ 500 miles using synthetic blend and the 2nd one also with synthetic blend 2,500 miles later @ 3,000 miles in total. From there, I do it every 3,000 miles with full synthetic.

First Oil Change - What came out?

I've never used an extractor, to each is their own I guess. If you had any question you possibly weren't getting all of the oil out, you should have puller the drain pan plug to be sure, especially on the first change so you get as much break-in bebris out.as possible. It holds 6 quarts but...

    Scraped a pole... ugh

As a dad of a girl, our #1 priority after they are born is to keep them off, and away from, the pole. Perhaps you dad needed to have that same due dilligence with you :ROFLMAO::LOL:!!!

    Changing a 2025 Taillight

I had the drivers side out on my 25' when I was searching for a place to run an AirLift helper spring bag air line inside the vehicle a few months ago. It wasn't bad at all with (2) screws behind a couple of trim covers and plastic clips holding it in. Remove the screws and pull straight back on...

    Stop Start Eliminator

I bought a 4D Tech start/stop eliminator for my 25' Explorer ST and it failed within 2-weeks and I returned it - they are made in China I believe... Easy to install, yes. Fortunately another company (shown below and made in the USA) I wanted to buy my start stop eliminator from and that I've...

    Scraped a pole... ugh

Same thing going forward. It pisses me off everytime. I think the only way around that is if you hit the parking brake lever to release the break prior to touching the gas pedal. It releases the break and you can roll.

    Scraped a pole... ugh

Well, while that does suck, I think the cost for you scraping the pole is still a lot cheaper than what many guys have had to pay for getting together with a woman that swings on a pole..

    Differantial Bolts

Travis is a good dude! I've communicated with him a few times and bought stuff from him. His video on removing the rear springs is awesome. I used his method last weekend when I added the Traxda lift. The way the Traxda video shows you how to get the springs in and out is completely freakin...
