    Yes, I do.

    3rd to 5th Shift

Wild. In sport, if I am cruising, my shifts will go 1 to 3, 3-5 then 5-6 and only I have yet to see the car shift to 7-8 in sport on the highway around 80-85MPH. Normal it goes through pretty much every gear from what I can recall.

    3rd to 5th Shift

ZFG keeps skip shift on I believe, as that is how my ST has been tuned and drives. Never noticed it in stock form, but I do notice it with the tune in sport mode.

Spark plugs. What do you use?

I use the spark plug kinds. :) NGK Ruthenium, .028 gap.

    1.5 Year ST Owner Update

I have probably performed less than 10 HARD launches in the car since owning. Otherwise, I will take off, but usually at idle. It is concerning the amount of work that has been done, and really makes me question the reliability of these model year cars. Thanks for the link, I will take a...

CVFAB downpipe w/ thermal 3 in install

That's awesome. I know how to lose sockets, and can swap out basic parts and shit, but anything advanced, I'd rather leave it to someone that actually knows what they are doing. I'm 40 now, but my hands are not what they used to be and takes me out for a day or two if I work on the car, haha.

    1.5 Year ST Owner Update

Just wanted to share this for visibility purposes for anyone looking to buy an ST or for those that have them and are interested in these things. Bought an ST in Summer of 22' used, it was a 2020 with 40K miles. After finding all of the service records in the last week, my ST has been brought...

CVFAB downpipe w/ thermal 3 in install

Love it. I agree, and that's why I go to a mechanic. Spent enough time on my back installing shit, I don't have patience any more to do so and want to avoid these problems.

    X5 M50i to 2025 ST

Fair points. German cars will always run a premium. In stock form, the ST is pretty slow for a 60K fairly light SUV. A lot of Durango SRT's in my area are listed for 65K new, which is not much more than the ST, and despite being hundreds of pounds heavier, they are definitely quicker and come...

    X5 M50i to 2025 ST

You can buy a used X5M and runs 11’s stock. Or a new X3M for 70K and runs low 12’s stock in a slightly smaller frame. Durango SRT at MSRP runs 12’s and is larger and heavier for nearly the same price, give or take a few thousand bucks. Either way, stock for stock the ST is slow running mid...

    X5 M50i to 2025 ST

X5 already weighs hundreds of pounds more than the ST and has optional 3-rows for 6-7 seats. X7 is nearly the same size as the ST, but is considered full size, whereas the ST is mid-size. Not sure how that works, but the X5 is in the same category as the ST.

    X5 M50i to 2025 ST

I am really surprised from going from an X5 M50i to the ST. Not much of a size difference (about a foot) and the X5 is much wider and has a lot more safety and creature comfort features too. Eyeing X5MC's to replace the ST. Bang for buck just isn't there as most made it out to be. As others...

Considering 2025 ST but concerned with reliability

May surprise you, but it is true. Both a private shop and Ford quoted me $700 for spark plug replacements. $100 for plugs, labor intensive for the difference. $2,400 on an axle seal for my ST, which is half the price of complete suspension on an X5M. Makes you wonder. Granted, German cars...

COBB Accessport - Goosetuned Tuning thread

Fair enough. Still not under 4K man. Plus, who would want to spend the money on a stage 2 kit only to run out of fuel and limit power? That's disaster waiting to happen. Also, on stock turbo's running E85 has its own issues, so add another 3K for Turbo's and you're very close to that 10K...
