Easiest Place to Tap Constant 12v, Key-on, and Illumination

On a On a positive note, the A-pillar trim panels are tethered to the actual A-pillars underneath at two locations so they won’t just fly out and hit you if the airbags go off. Adding a gauge and a mount will of course add extra inertia and something that sticks out further that could hit you.

    I’m excited!!

The inside of the drivers side door where the VIN, tire pressure info, etc. sticker is, it will also show the exact Ford paint code to the color of your new ride. Congratulations on the new toy.

Easiest Place to Tap Constant 12v, Key-on, and Illumination

There are curtain airbags in the A-pillars. You need to pay really good attention to where you mount a gauge and how you do it. I mounted a Banks iDash to my A-pillar trim panel but I removed the trim piece first to make my decision on what type of gauge mount to use and where to mount it. I...

    Steering wheel leather peeling

Total BS so many of you are having this issue. I've always added a steering wheel cover to my vehicles on day one but that's not anything anyone should have to do. Wondering if the factory steering wheel material is leather or some kind of pleather..

CV Fab Intercoolers for 2025 ST's

I messaged CV Fab again today for further clarification. My message; Good morning Cristina. With the 25' ST, are both hot and cold side piping required to get everything to fit, or just the cold side or just the hot side? I am looking to get only the intercooler and whatever else is absolutely...

    2025 Ford Explorer ST-Line 4x4 vs AWD

2025 ST's are "Intelligent" 4WD, not AWD. Unsure of how a ST Line works There is a difference between AWD & 4WD. Also, the 4WD cannot be activated by any manual means. It does what it does automatically and it is not constantly in 4WD. I'm not a fan of it locking in, or out, of 4WD when it feels...

    Recall: #24S55 ENGINE VALVE INSPECTION

You must be getting those certified letters of recalls so they are sure you got it. Also, they are not bore scoping or removing heads for the inspection process of engines involved in the recall that are not showing prevelant signs of the valve issue. I already relayed what they are doing. To...

    Recall: #24S55 ENGINE VALVE INSPECTION

I believe the "check" or the "test" method is that the dealer will revv the piss out of your engine several times and for different durations to see if it grenades. FOCK THAT. I wouldnt take your vehicle in for this unless it grenades on its own or shown signs of a failing valve(s). There's an...

Anyone have a 25 ST yet?

I have the miko inserts in my leather seats in my 2018 Fusion Sport. So far there have been no issues with them and they clean up well with water and a towel or any cleaner I've decided to use. An all purpose cleaner to upholstery cleaners have worked fine for me. I have no stains or really any...

CV Fab Intercoolers for 2025 ST's

FYI That these are now available. Unfortunately with higher pricing for new components needed. I think I'll wait until there is an eventual 10% off sale to get one for my 25'.

    7pin trailer harness issue

Maybe a dumb question and I know you found another way already, but, you did have the ignition on and the vehicle in reverse (with the reverse lights on at the vehicle) when checking for the reverse light power at the harness right?

    Quality issues

@ The end of the day, Ford won't do a SINGLE thing about this. They have much larger issues to deal with and they get lika a million frivoulous complaints like this each day. I wouldn't waste any more time with this through Ford and unfortunately you should just take these matters into your...

    Quality issues

When I bought my brand new 22' ST I had, the rear seat wiring harness was lying on the floor and not properly routed and tidyed up like it should have been. To top that, the trailer wiring harness was also not routed properly and tidyed up correctly and it was litterally lying on the exhaust. I...
