The memory settings have no memory on mine and never have. i always have to reset them after I take it to the service department and they move my seat. My settings never go exactly back to where they were before. Almost always I use the massage feature which pretty much negates my lumbar setting...

My ST is in the driveway about 50 or more feet from the wireless router inside the house. So I never have a very strong signal. Even on the street on Xfinity wifi it's weak too.

It fixed my problems as of last weekend. I downloaded and installed it within an hour on USB drive. Floxx you're lucky you didn't have to live with it as long as I did. I was annoyed by this for almost 5 months.
