You may want to check all the vents in the front and especially the rear HVAC system. Maybe one of them zones is messed up.

Wow that is a great deal! I can't believe that ST was at the dealer lot for a year and only driven 7 miles. Mine was built 11/19 and bought on 12/4/19 so in stock less than 3 weeks and had about 15 miles on it before I started test driving it and purchased with 42 miles on it. Congrats!

That is correct! The 6 speed in my 2013 MKZ did the same thing with paddle shifters. In sport mode, it would stay in the gear selected and was in manual until you put it back in D.

Auto high beams work very well and I always appreciate when they activate on darker roads!

I have no complaints about my headlights. I drove a 2013 MKZ with adaptive LED projectors and I like the ST better!

As far as I know every time you stop and restart the vehicle, the Sync also reboots. The shortcut is to avoid stopping the engine and everything else while also moving. FYI, the ambient lighting turns off every time you hard reboot the Sync system. You have to go to settings and turn ambient...
