Name ONE ST Feature others might not know.....

True and it feels great! The only exceptions are Durango and Grand Cherokee which don't have 3 rows.

What did you learn that's not in the Users Manual?

My 2013 My 2013 Lincoln MKZ did the same thing when you open the door and I believe the 2012 Focus had that too. Not sure about other models.

    Random pleasures

We have to take what we can get these days! I'm sitting in my front passenger seat with the sunroof open drinking my cold brew in the Dunkin parking lot! Ah the good life!

Heater takes a very long time to start warming

Both use a fan but for the heat function the fan comes on for a few seconds and doesn't stay on for very long but for the cool it stays on the entire time. I've had heated/cooled seats for 10 years and this is how they work. No one said anything about the HVAC blower. The fans are built into the...

    Liftgate keeps closing

Today at the gas station I walked around back of the vehicle a couple times while filling up and it opened 3 times! Lucky it hasn't closed on my head recently!

Heater takes a very long time to start warming

If you have heated/cooled seats then there is forced air for both. You can hear the fan come on for both heat and cool. My previoius 2 vehicles were the same way, a 2010 and 2013 MKZ. The fans were really loud on the previous generations. I found this discussion...

Low oil level @ 3,000 miles

It is a really cool looking, substantial dipstick tbh! LOL Oh and it is also hard to reach back there.

Low oil level @ 3,000 miles

Yes on all of your above observations! I also had trouble removing the dipstick for the first time, it was really stuck in there. Last week I just got my oil changed for the first time at 3800 miles.

ST slams on the breaks when I try to reverse sometimes

This happened when I first got the vehicle but now after 3 months I've had no such incidents. I know that it will stop you within 1 foot of an object and won't brake gently at all.

    Missing Parts

That is where the towing eye EM2Z-17A954-A goes. The other side you should have the fuel filling funnel.

What did you learn that's not in the Users Manual?

If you hit refresh on the app it updates your tire pressure LOL! Also using it to lock or unlock or start also updates all the vehicle information.

    Liftgate keeps closing

    Pirelli Scorpion Zero Tires

I don't know how it can be run-flat if it went down to 24 psi then down to zero when it was in my trunk for couple days using the mini spare tire. Luckily according to the Pirelli warranty PNCS and run-flat tires have road hazard coverage for a year because I didn't purchase additional...

    Pirelli Scorpion Zero Tires

Mine was not in the fixable area of the tire. On the outer edge of the shoulder almost in the sidewall. I think the Explorers with Michelin tires have self-sealing run-flat tires. These Pirelli's are not. https://www.wikihow.com/Identify-Run-Flat-Tires

    Pirelli Scorpion Zero Tires

They are not run-flat tires. It was flat that's why I needed a new tire.

    Pirelli Scorpion Zero Tires

At only 3100 miles, I got a drywall screw in the inner shoulder of the tire which of course can never be repaired. NTB ordered a new one for me for 313.99 and it was received in 4 days. When they unpacked the tire and saw the foam insulation inside, they told me these tires can never be...

    Liftgate keeps closing

Maybe it's because the deflector is missing??? Has anyone noticed a difference when it's installed? I'm still waiting for mine and mine is way to sensitive both opening and closing. I can quickly walk around the back and the liftgate opens and I haven't kicked under the bumper. A couple times...

    Transmission troubles

This does happened sometimes when I'm in Sport Mode. Is that in Sport Mode?
