    Break in period limiting RPMs

Yeah and if every single owner ragged on their car like that they would have an even lower reliability rating than they already do. It being an old wives tale is bs when most mechanics or even ford master techs would agree that it’s best to change it early if you want the cars to last. If this...

    Break in period limiting RPMs

Damn lol this is kinda cringe bro, a couple hundred miles and you already revved it to the limit. Common break in procedure is to keep it under 4k rpm for 1k miles change the oil and you’re good to go.

Thermal 3" Catback with Stock Downpipes, then CVFab Downpipes after?

People keep saying that, the CAI and exhaust don’t give any hp gains, but that’s not entirely true, the intake typically flow 20% better than oem, you get a larger exhaust the car has the ability to flow on that end better, on an untuned vehicle you might actually lose a lil hp however if you...

Looking for 500hp, what’s the best plan 2023 ST 3000 miles

500whp isn’t as simple as just getting a Tune for e50, if your going to do it do it right. Get a 3 in catback- awe or thermal, a set of downpipes- they will help with top end power, get a cold air intake- S&b, fenfab etc, get a catch can- jlt, upr etc, get an intercooler- Cvt, whipple etc, get...

SLD For Sale- New In Box Black CV Fab Intercooler

You don’t need to tune for an intercooler. It would be very beneficial to your 23 to install this even on the stock tune.

So what other cars are in your stable?

Besides my 22 St my other car is a 21 Subaru Sti Limited currently making 353whp and 420 tq on E.

    Just got my CobbsTuner AccessPort

Definitely hit up Goosetuned you won’t regret it. I’m not a fan of ots maps, as they have to be emissions compliant and leave a lot on the table.

    FP Tune or ZFG?

With ford performance you’ll get what 30 hp, Zfg is likely to net you 100 whp and 150 tq, assuming you do the intercooler and downpipes. Zfg is a pro tune custome for your vehicle and your fuel, ford is an ots tune. Not only will your car shift night and day better but on the Zfg tune and a...

The skid plate is very sturdy, unfortunately mine didn’t fit with my PPE transpan, so I have an expensive paperweight lol.

Tune caused P0035 and P2418 codes

Been goosetuned for 3k miles without a single issue , ots tunes have always been crap, let goose pro tune it.

    FP Tune or ZFG?

Skip FP that tune isn’t going to even be as good as the Cobb ots tune. Either go with zfg or goosetuned. It really comes down to which device you like better, I personally like the accessport. But both tuners with give you a great tune.

Thermal 2.5 or awe 3" exhaust....

Add the downpipes and drive on the highway uphill it will drone lol, not obnoxious, but bordering on uncomfortable. After about a year I don’t even notice it anymore.

PSA for those with Aftermarket Exhaust

I mean a good WOT pull should get that exhaust hot enough to evaporate any water in the system.

Thermal 2.5 or awe 3" exhaust....

Snap crack pops are an upside, A better exhaust note and slightly louder is another . With a tune you net more top end maybe 20-30 whp. Downside if you have emissions in your state they aren’t exactly street legal. The only other downside is taking off the oem pipes is not fun even on a lift.

COBB Accessport - Goosetuned Tuning thread

While Zfg is probably the biggest name on this platform the reasons behind it are 1 great tunes, and 2 the length of time he has been doing them. Goosetuned uses the accessport which has only been out a few months for the ST but goose has made plenty of videos of the constant work he is doing in...

Thermal 2.5 or awe 3" exhaust....

The 3 thermal 3 in alone didn’t drone on the highway, the 3 in plus downpipes definitely drones on the highway, you get over it. I have an awe on my sti, sounds great but thermal has waaaay better quality. Customer service is equal, the awe will be louder as it doesn’t use a center muffler...

    CVF Intercooler Install

I didn’t have to trim anything my wife and I did it in about 4 hours start to finish. Not a fun install but not hard. Bolts right up with no fitment issues.

    Ford Performance skid plate kit

Anyone know what the transmission pan clearance looks like, I have a PPE pan and it’s about a quart in lower than the oem pan due to the cooling fins should the skidplate still fit?
