Our dealer has contacted multiple people with Ford & they are all telling him that any of the vehicles in dealer possession(used or new) sold or not the interim fix does NOT release the vehicles from the stop sale & dealers can not mark them delivered. As of now there is no work around for that...

Per ford…it can be reported sold(our loan is already on our credit file) & the loan will go through but the dealer can not mark the vehicle delivered…we are in the same boat. Thankfully our dealer is willing to make payments on the car until we can take delivery but still.

If anyone who has been able to get theirs would be willing to share dealer information mine would love to talk to them. We can not get any solid answers from ford & he is just as frustrated as us. He has multiple cars just sitting on lot waiting to be delivered & is willing to do whatever...

I’m currently waiting on a 22 to be fixed & released of the stop sale…hopefully soon
