There is an opening to access the oil drain plug. This was probably the biggest reason I wanted it. I have the UPR quick drain plug so now it will be a super simple and fast process to change the oil.

It replaces it and extends rearward to cover the transmission

LOL same here! I posted in a different thread but when installing torque down the rear-most 2 bolts first on the tranny mount as they are threaded in aluminum and can strip easily. The other 6 bolts with the slip in Dzus fasteners required some effort due to the blue loctite put on the bolts. Tommy

Well, I just checked my order status, and it says cancelled! I called and the representative said, "When things are backordered, they cancel" What a joke. Absolutely no resolution or guidance.

The front fascia need to be partially removed as there are 2 bolts securing the bumper cover to the fender. I basically followed the install instructions for the whipple intercooler, then located all the bolts securing the fender. Looks like the above post covers everything. Thank you! The time...

Well I got a call from Ford saying the part is backordered till 3rd quarter. At least they confirmed not to cancel the order and I will wait. Seems like such a simple part to b in such short supply hahahaha

Yeah, I have one with 1k miles. I would gladly give it away but it is all one piece. I am thinking of cutting it up at the same points my Thermal was delivered. This way if someone wants the fake chrome tips they can have them. I also have the stock midpipes which were replaced and no issues.

That is unbelievable. The variation in quality throughout all organizations in this country is staggering. I asked the service manager to meet the tech that would be working on the vehicle. Super nice young man but gave him $50 and said it is the little things that make the biggest difference...

The plastic fender trim is an easy replacement and I you may even be able to source a used one

I had a similar incedent and I ordered a factory prepainted fender and installed it myself. Not too difficult a job as I already had experience putting in the Whipple intercooler. No carfax and no downtime. I posted a thread on here...

Yeah, when I did the big intercooler I really thought I messed something up. I just gave up looking at that spot. Hahaha

Picked up car and both recalls were completed in one day. The rear bushing and the rear camera recall. Thermal exhaust never touched. Truck came back as clean as it went in. Now to add the diff mount back for piece of mind. Al Packer Ford west in west Palm beach did the work. Very satisfied...
