    Lowering Springs Pros and Cons

thanks so the lowers are 66 ft-lbs and 180 degrees only the rear is squeaking, maybe not enough lube on the swaybar too? i wish the steeda bar had zerk fittings to add grease :(

    Lowering Springs Pros and Cons

What are the lower control arm mounting bolt torque specs for the steeda springs? The instructions say to look up those manufacturer specs. I just can’t find them. I think the guy that installed the springs and sway bar tighten those bolts while I was up in the air not on the ground.

trying out the Redtiger F7N-PLUS 4K Dashcam setup

yes, i ran the wires up the rearview mirror, there's actually a small cutout near the mirror to run wire - probably from the Ford camera option the cables are plenty long enough to run up under the mirror, the headliner, and down the driver side A-pillar into the footbox

    Lowering Springs Pros and Cons

had the Steeda springs and rear swaybar installed yesterday - definitely a tighter feel and more like the Focus ST we used to own - makes the SUV feel more nimble for sure I wish someone would develop some great shocks for these cars! no pics yet as I'm sure the springs will settle more, but...

what are the common socket/wrench sizes needed to install these springs? I don't want to start pulling stuff off then realize I need a different size socket LOL

thinking of adding a hidden light bar

sadly I haven't installed yet LOL my wife rear-ended another vehicle which paused updates for a bit, the collision company wouldn't touch mods - so I had them redo the front bumper i'll have to take it all off to mount these, plus my bigger intercooler - so - on pause for now

PSA for those with Aftermarket Exhaust

different quality metal as well - some aftermarket vendors do have a weep hole...

PSA for those with Aftermarket Exhaust

also, as some mentioned - a weep hole will most likely deposit 'crud' on your garage floor or driveway... most likely will stain, so take that into account - when you drive away, your neighbors will think you have a hooptie dripping some type of crud

PSA for those with Aftermarket Exhaust

did anyone ask Thermal about this? maybe there are weep holes but on the wrong side? e.g. mufflers upside down? at least everyone knows their catalytic converters are working properly - making muffler juice :)
