    Oil and Filter Cartridge Change

Thanks for posting those specs, Harvey. Very helpful. I dug into the oil spec further and found some documentation on API ‘SN Plus’ being very important for these turbo engines. Here’s a video on how to change the oil. Hope this helps everyone!

    WTB Wtb: black st badges

Wife and I went to the Asheville ST experience and made it an anniversary trip. Pretty awesome testing the limits of these cars with the Ford Performance guys. And it’s a Really fun area to drive with all the twisty roads. Highly highly recommend. And see my video for installing the badges...

Does anyone know what brand these window deflectors are?

Ford does sell it on their accessories website here: https://accessories.ford.com/products/explorer-2020-2021-smoke-side-window-air-deflectors-1 I bought the same kind from the AVS brand on Amazon (paid link) https://amzn.to/3Lm4wVK for a little cheaper. Also reviewed them in my YouTube video...

    Racing stripes?

Just the hood, what you see in the picture. Didn’t want to make the car so unique that everyone in town recognizes and remembers it.

License plate and trailer hitch cover

great question and relevant topic today. I tried a few plate covers and like this one because it didn’t cover any data and still protects the plate through a car wash. Great for the rear since its raised a tad off the tailgate. Other covers gave me condensation or obscuring issues. Researched...

    2023 Model Sneak Peak

Still though if it’s the same size console then get the part off the Chinese model and see if it can work here.

    2023 Model Sneak Peak

Oh dang, nothing changing or just this or interior in general?

    2023 Model Sneak Peak

Caught this on YouTube. Looks way more convenient than my ‘22 with the wireless charging tucked behind the drive mode wheel. Would be very cool if the console could be swapped with this new part, if it’s really coming on the US version of the ‘23.

    Interior lighting

Anyone upgrade interior overhead lights to something brighter? Stock isn’t horrible, just wondering what’s out there and if it’s worth it.

    Lowering springs installers

Thanks so much for the lead on Montrose Ford. They will absolutely do it. And they answer the phone first ring! My local dealer on the east side doesn’t even answer the phone lol. And I’ve called a few times now over the past month.

    anyone use the auto park

Only complaint is all the buttons. Gotta push a button to let it know you’re interested in auto park. Push another button to select the type of parking spot. And yet another button to hold until the job is complete. My X must be the anomaly, it’s super easy and intuitive, just have to put it...

    Seatbelt warning screen

Right, that’s what I should do. But what should Ford do?

    Seatbelt warning screen

Every time we drop off my kid at practice the car thinks she’s still there but not buckled in. We drive up, she gets out of the backseat, and we continue driving on. This alert doesn’t go away the rest of the drive. Is it really not smart enough to know we’re down a guy?

    Lowering springs installers

thanks blue. did you follow the Steeda instructions, Ford service manual instructions, or just wing it from experience? Steeda had basically two steps, removing the shock and dropping the cross member. Ford instructions don’t touch the subframe but has a ton of bolts coming off to do the same...
