    Thermal 3” rattle

Found a piece of pretty thin wall rubber hose line. Cut it down the middle and slid it over the hanger bar and got it between the bracket. Zip tied it in place and rattle is gone. Hopefully buys me time or permanent solution lol..

    Thermal 3” rattle

Any tips or certain instructions to follow when doing the adjustments? I had a shop install my exhaust last fall. I just started to get the rattling noise on deceleration, and when I went to go look, it is touching the green part and I can simulate the rattle by moving the muffler on that side.

    Leaking oil?

The same thing happened with my 2020 ST. I went for an oil change, and they noticed a leak of some kind and told me to bring it back. I went on vacation and came back to an oil spot on the garage floor. I took it in, and they replaced the seal. It was covered under the powertrain warranty as well.

    Leaking oil?

TSB does not mean it is automatically covered under warranty. It is just documented as a known issue and if the vehicle is under warranty, then it is covered. They will replace the seal only if it's just leaking and not throwing a code.

What grade of gas do you put in your ST?

We use 93, but you can use 87. To get all the ponies, you need to use 93. After a couple of tanks, I can feel a difference when switching back and forth.

Fullscreen Android Auto/CarPlay Mod Is Here for Sync3 10P Screen!! [FMods Team 10 Pees]

Updating my Sync3 to the latest version, hoping to do this fullscreen mod soon. It sounds like it is very stable so far, but has anyone taken a long road trip and used WAZE or Google Maps the entire time without any issues? We tend to do a lot of overnight drives for our trips (longest I'll go...

    Hate my 3" thermal exhaust

Maybe I just got used to it, but I feel like my 3'' Thermal has gotten a bit more quiet now that it has broken in after a few thousand miles. I have taken short road trips with the family (2-5 hour drives) and the kid has no problem sleeping. Even when it does get a bit loud when going 80-85 up...

2025 Explorer ST Experience is live

When we went to the Asheville experience, we never really left the estate. We ate and walked around the Biltmore. If you can, arrive early and book an extra night. This way you can enjoy the trip and not feel rushed. Assuming the estate is fully operational now, there is quite a bit to see.

Fullscreen Android Auto/CarPlay Mod Is Here for Sync3 10P Screen!! [FMods Team 10 Pees]

This is awesome! I'm assuming if there are any future updates to Sync3, it will override this? And, if someone wishes to go back to regular sync3, is that possible?

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

OEM glass seems just as fragile… and OEM costs me out of pocket last time I inquired. At this rate I will just be happy with whatever glass I get zero out of pocket. Might just give up tinting it. Or learn to tint myself lol.

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Gave the interior a detail. Decided to clean the windshield since it was very dirty and noticed I need a new windshield, again. Last year in March caught a rock in TX while heading home. Left a quarter size crack. Not sure when this one happened. But, I also noticed very tiny chips scattered...

Backup Cam Recall - Shows No active recall

Never mind… checked the app this morning and the recall is now back. Ignore my post lol.

Backup Cam Recall - Shows No active recall

I have a 2022 and it has had the open recall for blue screen with the backup camera. It just recently started to have the issue randomly and I wanted to wait to bring it in for when I got an oil change. I just checked the app and it no longer shows the recall for it. I checked the ford website...

    Review: Thermal R&D 3" Catback

No better time than now! Lethal started their black Friday sale and the 2.5'' is $1,200.

    Review: Thermal R&D 3" Catback

I had the 2.5'' on my 2020 and I recently got the 3'' for my 2022. I went with the 3'' because I wanted a bit more volume, and I got it. 2.5'' IMO is perfect for the person that wants an aftermarket exhaust and is only loud when going WOT and moderately loud on cold starts (once warmed up...

What Have You Done To Your Explorer ST Today

Did they replace just the seal or perform the TSB? I had the seal only replaced on mine, not sure what the cost would have been though.

Zurich Shield - Warranty, Product or Both?

These paint protection warranties are mostly useless IMO. Sealants only last anywhere from 3-6 months, IF it was done properly and washed properly. If you go through automatic or touchless car washes, those can strip the sealant or weaken it significantly. The only long-lasting products for...
