What rules do the groups around you have for SUVs? Some don't allow them at all. For something like the Explorer brakes and suspension for sure are first.

My guess from very recent experience with the shifting hesitation and shift flares between 3-4 is the valve body is going out. Take it to the dealer, they can diagnose with a scan tool.

That was the original swap, both work the same however the 8" screen is 100% OEM because well it is. There are cosmetic issues with the Lincoln swap that some people do not want to deal with.
