10.1 radio missing presets

I searched but can’t find anything. I have 6 presets for SiriusXM and they are now missing from the screen. Has anyone else had this problem?

I haven't had the problem. The first thing I would try is to do a soft reset. Press and hold the power and fast forward buttons at the same time until it turns off. Then release and it will restart. Worth a try as it may work.
