Yeah I bought brand new tires for the wife’s Rav4 and they are 17” but I don’t wanna have to buy a new set just for winter. So if I got 17” rims for my explorer would they work or does it have to be 18” since that’s the lowest an explorer can go?

I suspect you'd run into brake clearance problems.

Yea after further research I seen how a 18” had like 1/2” if that of Clearence. Damnit!! Brand new tires almost. Ah well.

Haha thanks. Well what’s the most common 18” tire then? Like with no rub?
