I started having issues a couple weeks ago. It defaults back to home screen even though I had it on audio screen when I shut it off. Always used to stay there. I have 5 pages of preset stations, goes back to 2 after I shut the vehicle down. I have to change the settings every time, they will not hold after you turn the vehicle off. I turned off the 30 min idle max to test the system. Turns it back on every time I shut it off. I'm on version 22251, and never connected to wifi till a couple days ago after I talked to my dealer.

Anyone else having or had issues? Worked perfect till a couple weeks ago when it decided to default to home screen. Dealer said if wifi updates don't work to reset to factory default and start over. Any ideas out there? Thanks in advance for any help.

22251 is most likely the issue. Like @bhunted1 said update. 23188 is the newest.

You're a year late to the party a.k.a. my annoying spring and summer last year! It was progressively worse from April til the software update in early September. So far, after 7 months it's working pretty well.

I connected to my wifi last night. Searched for updates, 15-20 minutes later still searching. Couldn't find update.

Get it from the Ford site and update via USB stick. 22251 can also wreck wifi updates and Ford Pass.

WIFI updates rarely worked well for me and took days sometimes to complete. The USB download and upload/installations usually take under an hour total.

Thanks for all the advice, and the link. I'm gonna update it this weekend and hopefully all is well.
