And I hear they deleted the dual exhaust tips. The 2024 is boring
Pics still show the same rear bumper with 4 tips. The ST Line pics showed a single but the current model has a single also. IMG_0806.jpeg

Now the ST and Platinum in the wild. Big step backwards IMO, Chinese versions look better.

Those grills are hideous, giving BMW a run for biggest ugliest grills ever.

I do like the new interior look better but Ford's new gauges from every single new Ford are also uglier. Guess im keeping mine longer.

Anyone know if the 2024 will have blue cruise?
its pictured to have the eye tracking module on the top of the steering wheel, so yes it will.

That’s an excellent observation and very good indication it will likely have blue cruise. I wonder when it will be released. End of this year would be nice.

No official word. There are rumors it may be a MY2025 bowing in next summer preceded by a short run of MY2024 (unchanged).

Heys guys not sure if everyone heard but 2024 Model Year stays the same, unchanged from 2023 model year. Then a short build year but early build of 2025 model year which will be the refresh. This came from Ford publically at a recent Police Fleet show. The interior is supposed to be much nicer.

Probably because they need to sell all the 23’s they’re holding for the stupid camera issue. If they start pumping out 24’s the old ones will just sit or be sold at a loss.

That's a bummer. I guess we'll wait and see what the competition introduces as well then. I'm only interested in a refresh - the current dash just looks too outdated.

Did the woman that brought down Budweiser have something to do with this atrocity?

Sucks for the people that were holding out for 2024's expecting them to be upgraded in some way. 2025 might be your year, lol.

They say 2025 production will begin March 2024.

Thanks
Sad that our world has many problems affecting supply chain.

I have a fully loaded 2020 ST

Leather steering wheel cover should fix that.

I my opinion, it's worth holding off on a 2024 order and making it a 2025 order. I would think the entire infotainment system as well as the front dash might undergo an enhancement. The way I see it... it's very hard to retrofit those types of upgrades later on. If Ford updates the dash/entertainment system every 3-4 years, waiting for the update means that the vehicle will have a newer generation of the dash/entertainment system for 1/3 of its useable life.

To me, our front ends look dated. The new front modernizes the front somewhat but isn't very aggressive looking. I actually like the big grill look and think the 2024 Aviator front end is nice improvement without changing the look. View attachment 18407
I think that they were selling far too many explorers and not enough lincolns.
So they're setting out to change that ratio.
I'm pretty darn happy with my 23 explorer st except for the red tail lights, but I'm going to fix that asap.
