Go to the ST SUV Experience site and register. Been waiting on an email since we've been on a waiting list and nothing. Went to the site out of curiosity and was able to register. Tons of dates open, we got April 10-11th at Asheville. I haven't tried UT but some are saying they can't book there. So maybe NC is the only one thus far.

Has anyone signed up for the Park City, Utah Experience? I filled in the on-line portion over 3 weeks ago with no response. So this past Friday I called and they expect to open up the calendar to book dates sometime in mid-February.

You are a bit of a wait, but it is good to hear that they expect to open the calendar soon. Hopefully, mid -February will bring some clarity, and you can order your dates without any further delay!

It’s a shame they don’t offer one somewhere in Canada?
To my understanding our brothers and sisters from Maple syrup land can register for the experience if you're willing to make the trek to one of the offering locations. Doesn't hurt to reach out to one of their reps.

If they are ready to travel to the participating location, it is definitely worth reaching a representative. Sometimes a simple inquiry can open doors for exciting experiences!

I'm actually kinda shocked the Asheville one is back up and running with everything still going on down there for relief efforts from Helene. That area is still a pretty big mess. Good on em though if they can make it work and get things going again.

When we went to the Asheville experience, we never really left the estate. We ate and walked around the Biltmore. If you can, arrive early and book an extra night. This way you can enjoy the trip and not feel rushed. Assuming the estate is fully operational now, there is quite a bit to see.

We did the Ashville experience last April and it was great! We got there the day before and stayed two nights after we did the experience. We had a rental car and drove around the area the day before we did the experience went to a couple restaurants out in town and walked around the Biltmore village which was just outside the front gate to the estate. IMO downtown Ashville was a dump, so you aren't missing anything. Plus I have no idea what condition that area is in after all the flooding. I heard the estate didn't have any issues with flooding. We did some hiking around the estate one day and walked around through all the gardens. Lots of turkeys walking around on the property. Have fun at the experience and enjoy it. The private Biltmore house tour at the end of the day after the driving is well worth it, I wouldn't miss that if you've never been there. The folks running the program were very knowledgable about the vehicle, you'll learn some things about it that you didn't know, at least I did anyway.

I live here in Asheville and I can say that Biltmore Village itself was totally destroyed! The front entrance to the estates, ticket house and all those beautiful trees lining the entrance way was destroyed under 15’ of water and are gone now.
They have been making progress fixing the estates back but Biltmore Village itself is still closed.
I agree with the above statement that Asheville is a dump!
It was a dump before the flood hit.
