Hi all,

Just purchased a new 25 ST. Vapor blue. Nice looking. I'm in week 1 and have a serious issue with the infotainment system. Drove to the office and tried out Blue Cruise. Everything worked well. I left the office in the afternoon and the map screen began jumping all around. The speed limits were wrong and there were no hands free functions available. After getting home and restarting, the system says I was still at the office. It would even push this location to my phone. The app also showed the office location. I factory reset it 3 times and it started working so I went for a drive. As soon as I returned home and shut it off and repowered it showed the office location. The app will no longer connect either. I'm very hesitant to keep this vehicle. These headaches should not exist on a 60k vehicle.

Welcome and congratulations. Seems there has been a lot of issues with the 2025 models.
Maybe the dealership needs to do an update on the software?

Sorry that you're experiencing that. How did you factory reset the infotainment system? Holding the power button in the center of the volume button + the seek right >> on the steering wheel for 10 secs? Did the instrument cluster and the infotainment screen reboot? I had a similar issue the day of purchase along with the trucks Bluetooth spotty connection. Did the reset about 6 times then hadn't seen the issue since.

Sounds like we have the same Vapor blue ST except mine is 2 weeks old and zero issues thus far. Only 250 miles on the clock, but hopefully I don't have the issues you have.
Did you get it fixed? Still doing it?

On the 2025 models the owners manual just says to press the power button (the one under the infotainment center) for 10 seconds no need to hit the forward button. Might be your battery needs a charge depending on how long it was sitting on the lot. Mine keep resetting the pages I added to the mydash section and it would also lose a pre programmed route if I had one in there. I put mine on a tender for about 2 days and it did it one more time and added the 4x4 page to my dash all by itself one night. I took out a few of the pages and so now I have, Drivers assistance, Fuel Economy, Trip 1 and trip 2, the 4x4 page that it added on its own LOL and the temperature page and so far it has not changed any of them. (knock on wood) I have not really tested the route yet as I have been just setting the route as I go but so far its has not reset, however occasionally it will say the audio is on when I always keep it off and I don't listen to Audio on my phone so that little gremlin is still there lol. The only other thing you can do is one of the resets from the screen itself from the settings menu, but on one of those resets you can choose from you might have to reenter your information etc...
