What was the Ford email address used to send you that confirmation?

I had to email my salesman to find out my build date and VIN#. Ordered on March 1st and did get the Ford email with my build number but have not received anything since. My salesman was like your VIN and build date has been available for a bit. He was surprised I had not heard anything from Ford. My build date is June 10th as of right now.

Do you remember the email address Ford used to send you the confirmation email?

I did receive the 1st email for Order Confirmation, but no subsequent emails. I messaged Ford Chat this morning and have a build day of Sunday, 6/16/24, the last day in the 6/10 build week.

When your dealer places the order and it is accepted by the plant you get the confirmation email, in the body of that email there is a link to sign up for text notifications of order status. So you will get both email and text of status when you get a build date a vin number should be assigned as well.

Yep, once you get closer they schedule a build date. Reach out to Ford Chat, that is who provided the actual date.

Question for those of you already getting an order in for a 4wd.. the moonroof is an option on 2wd and standard on 4wd, any way to delete that on the 4wd?

There wasn’t a way to delete it when I placed my order in March. Not sure if anything changed since then.

I ordered Feb 19th and only have the original confirmation email, also haven't received another email with a VIN or any promised update within 45 days.

The dealership can give you the vin which should be available already. You can check the ford website and see your build date.

Anybody order the 'Performance Hood Graphic' option? I decided to add it on but I'm not even totally sure what it is and what it will look like. Any ideas? My exterior color will be black, so I'm not sure if it's a decal, or stripe(s), or...?

Update: Good morning, everyone. Just checked my order and my production date has been pushed back by 2 weeks: 24 June to now 8 July.
