Almost done with a lot of parts installations. The following are nearing done with a few more tweaks:
  • Steeda Pro Differential Support System (Rear Differential/Pinion Bushing Kit + Rear Differential Brace)
  • Steeda Adjustable Rear Sway Bar
  • H&R Lowering Springs
  • CVFabrication Intercooler w/ Aluminum Pipe Kit
  • FENFABrication High Flow Air Intake v2
  • FENFABrication Front Billet Ford Badge
  • FENFABrication Transmission Mount Insert
  • Thermal R&D 3" Catback Exhaust w/ Coated Tips
The OEM bushings were a pain to remove when installing the Steeda Diff Support but other than that - no issues. Currently have the Rear Sway Bar set on the middle setting - anyone have any tips on the preferred setting for street driving? The comparison of the OEM intercooler to the CVFab is always drastic and in person looks even more comical. We took all of the active shutters off behind the grille but left the sensor plugged in. One the first start, no issues. On the second start, it did throw the code for 'max/min shutter travel. Re-installed the shutters connecting directly to the motor but have not been able to test yet - anyone with experience here and/or tips?

A few pictures below but will add more as the weather improves.

It's been a cold and gloomy winter on the East Coast - so I haven't been posting many updates or pictures but I did get the Velgens and Lionharts mounted and balanced today so here's a VERY dirty picture of the ST in the pouring rain....

Looking good! Now all we need is for ZFG to figure out how to unlock the 2025.:)

Thought I'd add a much better, cleaner, and less rainy picture of the ST with the Velgens on. Next up is installing the catted downpipe; rear toe links; rear vertical links; and the subframe bushing support kit and then should be 'done' until someone figures out how to crack the ECU!!

Installed the downpipe yesterday - combined with the 3” Thermal this thing is LOUD! Especially cold starts…I also installed the remaining suspension parts and the rig is feeling tight - very happy. Now, just need to figure out how to make the CEL for the removed active shutters to go away:…

Looks nice! Yeah, the Thermal is loud at first but you get used to it. I've had mine on for about 18 months now and I'd swear it's gotten quieter. Probably just me though! LOL! Don't forget to drill holes in the resonator and mufflers or they will collect water, a lot of water!

Probably getting used to it. Every exhaust I’ve had on my vehicles has progressively gotten a little louder as it got older.

Haha - I thought the same...Is it getting 'louder' or am I getting older.
