I recently have put roughly 3700 miles on my 2025 Ford Explorer ST and started noticing a popping noise coming from the front end of my 2025 Ford Explorer. I can feel the popping noise in the cab as well. It only happens on bumps and around 5-40 MPH. It almost reminds of a sway bar or linkage issue, but I was going to see if anybody else might have had these issues. Thank you for your help in advance.

I hear a small pop when turning the wheel to the right from my front left but its not a loud and I don't feel it at all. I figured it was the suspension or something getting settles or its just a brake line or something moving a bit. I took a look but did not see anything loose etc... on mine and for me it's barely noticeable so I don't think its a issue and I just hit 2,062 miles and so far drives like a dream. Maybe have the dealer check yours.

Ford designed the 6th generation Explorer to look tougher than any previous one but unfortunately it's not engineered to be very tough. In fact, after owning 5 sedans previously, this was my first truck ever and it's really pretty flimsy and downright fragile after only 55,000 miles on mine. I've had to have pretty much every major compent repaired or replaced, except the engine.
