My 2025 ST Explorer has started putting up a message in the instrument cluster "Map View Not available" when the view is switched to the map view. All the other views are working. The Map is displaying correctly on the Central Display, it is just not working in the instrument cluster. Looks like the two are not talking to each other correctly. Has anybody else seen this and if so what did you do about it. I have only had it for about a Month now. I really like the Map in the dash display so I can switch the Central display over to the Audible app.

Have you tried a soft reset? (Right arrow on steering wheel and power button for radio at same time for 10 seconds.) If that didn’t work a full reset? (In the settings menu.)

My 2025 is back at the dealer (2 days after purchase) for a bad front right speaker ground that not only caused a constant hiss/ground noise from the speaker, but some wonky behavior from the infotainment system.

Soft reset briefly fixed the issue till the speaker moved a bit and the bad ground caused problems again. (One of the issues was missing map view in gauge cluster.)
