Does anyone know if these actually have ANC to begin with?

My as-built for: ACM > 727-01-02 0000 9204 00C7................. 2 = CC Disabled • ANC Disabled • ESEPS Enabled • MSS Disabled

Shows that ANC is disabled.

I csn say after weeks of flucking through my 23 , engine noise, anc etc
I first tried to force a belief the b sn o system would let you split the two out
Now I sm back to as built
And found in sport the engine noise is very pronounced and active noise canceling seems to be less.
But in all other drive modes for street
The engine noise is gone, but noise canceling seems to be there
The high traction asphalt noise is very subdued
I need to take actual dB readings next drive to prove it
The b o system behaves strange if engine noise is removed, it also stops noise canceling

See attached photo
I also believe the 25s are same programming
Look at you easy acm page to confirm the 2 entries near bottom under
Software anti noise and software engine noise

The fake engine noise coming from the dash area appears to be off, I can only hear the exhaust from the rear (Thermal 3"). I have not noticed any more cabin noise or any outside noise than I did before when I am cruising. So to me the FENG seems to be off and the ANC is still on.

I can always put everything back to AB and see if it comes back on.
I tried this one and there was no change for me. Anyone found a way yet that worked for them?

there is no easy written format for the ACM on my 25. Only the as built.

I too want to turn that nonsense off. Just bought a 2025 ST. I contacted 5Star and they said CPU is locked and they have not cracked it yet to get a tune. I wonder if this has any impact on ForScan?

You can make changes via forscan, I just care most about this feng.
It’s ridiculous to be hearing nothing close to what people outside the car are hearing.

I was experimenting with APIM yesterday on my 2025 ST and made a few changes. The five items below were changed from disabled to enabled.

Global Windows Close
Left and Right 360 Offset Views
Mirrors Tilt on Reverse
Walk Away Lock
Walk Away Lock Feed back

The extra 2 360 camera views and Rear view mirror auto tilt on reverse seemed to be the only ones working among the changes I made. FYI remote global windows close in BCM was also enabled previously.
But when I was driving later, lane keep + centering and blue cruise seemed to be unavailable. Tried rebooting the infotainment and cluster screens but that did not help.
Reverting all 5 changes brought back the driver assistance features.

the drop down mirror in reverse is sort of weird
you have to select that mirror either right before reverese or during, and can switch to either one while backing up
it times out the selection after a few minutes in fwd
i am not familiar with the 2 additional 360 views for the explorer? i think those are for trucks with the apim update for towing the give you side view with turn signal if you have a trailer in tow...explorers are not getting that
for now its 2025 expeditions, all 2024 plus superduties with pro trailer
and late 2024/ and 2025 f150s with pro trailer, but has to be enabled via forscan or fdrs
my 2022 has it as i updated my apim to a 2024 f150/super duty as part of battery charge strategy updates

I observed 2 more options one on each side when I tap on the plus button on top of the car in 360 view. Nothing tied to the turn signal. I did specifically check that hoping for something similar to what Hyundai/Kia/Genesis cars do for blind spot camera.

I had the tilt mirror in my old fusion. Worth every bit with low profile tires and rims. I had to park in the street with old curbs up north. Those mirrors were worth their weght in gold. In the US, the right mirror is most imoortant.
What forscan code was that one?

When pressed the plus..did it enlarge that side view?
And or only display that side

It would be freaking great and csn be programmed in the digital display to show a left view in left side of ipc and right view in right side of ipc correlating with turn signal
Sync4 in f150 is almost there, they put it in center stack
Computers know the data is present
Ford needs to add programming to the ipc
Thsts what I am working now as well to add better guages and vehicle information in sport and tow haul

You'll find the "Mirrors Tilt on Reverse" in APIM. Once enabled and written using Forscan, you'll need to enable it in Settings>Vehicle>Mirrors>Auto Tilt.
Afterwards, I followed the part C of the guide at this link to set up the position. As powerboatr mentioned, it is not automatic once setup is complete. In reverse, you'll need to select the mirror to auto-tilt every time, then it'll move to the position you setup. Once back in drive/park, it takes about 10s to revert back to the original memory position.

It just enlarges that side camera view.

Reverting all 5 changes brought back the driver assistance features.

I got Walk Away lock working. However there is no horn chip and in the vehicle settings under Locks, walk away lock is greyed out and says disabled. It does work but doesn’t chip the horn for confirmation.

I did test it by not locking the car after closing the door and walking away from the car. As it did not chirp the horn or flash the indicators, I assumed it did not work as the mirrors also stayed unfolded.

Someone on Facebook had posted to change the following values: under APIM change 7D0-09-05 to 0015 8060 20FA and under BCM change: 726-89-02 to 0101 0101 01BD

I made those and it locks when walking away and flashes the parking lamps. Just would like to figure out the horn chip for confirmation.
