With the changes to APIM 7D0-09-05, do you still have lane keep/centering and blue cruise working? One or more of the 5 mods I did to APIM led to those drive assistance features disappearing even though enabled in settings.
Also it added this to the settings screen, but I can’t figure out how to make the option useable.

I got Walk Away lock working. However there is no horn chip and in the vehicle settings under Locks, walk away lock is greyed out and says disabled. It does work but doesn’t chip the horn for

Someone on Facebook had posted to change the following values: under APIM change 7D0-09-05 to 0015 8060 20FA and under BCM change: 726-89-02 to 0101 0101 01BD

I made those and it locks when walking away and flashes the parking lamps. Just would like to figure out the horn chip for confirmation.
I attempted these changes as well and can confirm that the walk-away lock works with the lights flashing for confirmation. Audible confirmation does not work.

Nice! I will give this a try. I didn’t try that one yet.

I got the global window close (for front windows) to work. It works by double pressing the lock button on the fob and holding on the second press. This process did not work per the factory settings as only global open worked when enabled in the settings>Vehicle>Windows.
Here are the forscan changes I did for it to work

Changed the below options in BdyCM from Disabled to Enabled
Global Close - Initial Value
Global Close - Personal 1
Global Close - Personal 2
Global Close - Personal 3
Global Close - Personal 4
Global Close

And changed one value each in DDM and PDM as below PDM.png DDM.png

I'll test this as well.
If you open the rear hatch after turning off the engine and then walk away after closing the hatch, does the walk-away lock still work? It does not work for me in this scenario.

Opening the hatch after turning off and then closing while walking away does not work for me either. Which might be OK, because I usually hit the close and lock button at same time when closing hatch.

Now that I think about it, I hit the lock and close hatch button before walking away as well. The only reason I didn't press lock is because I was testing the walk away lock function.

Been following the thread and appreciate the effort everyone is doing to help figure out these mods correctly. I’d like to ask if anyone has come across any way to add or change the layout of the cluster in the 2025+ st. I find it hard to believe that I can’t view my oil pressure and temp or other engine data aside from the dummy sweep gauges they have.

So just wanted to get clarification on this... as I had made the Facebook post about the auto lock...

Does auto lock work if you don't have the chirp audibly for the rear hatch? And if you enable the audible alert for the auto lock, it no longer locks the rear hatch?

Or does the rear hatch not lock on auto lock either way, audible alert or it turned off?

I was able to get auto lock working based on the F150 spreadsheet someone had made, and tested it on my Explorer and it worked, so shared... but since the F150's only have 4 doors, no rear hatch, maybe that is why that setting only does the 4 doors but not hatch if this is the case...

Just wanted to clarify if rear hatch auto locks or not either way... that is one thing I never tested as I always have hit the lock when I hit close as others said...

So here’s how I’ve tested. Shut the vehicle off, use the interior switch to open the hatch, get out of vehicle, close door. Walk to the back and use only the close button on hatch. Hatch starts closing and I walk away but none of the doors lock. Try it again and stood next to vehicle while the hatch fully closed still did not lock. vehicle.

Has anyone checked if power point timeout can be changed on the 2025? Have a baby camera plugged into 12v that I need to shut off when key off. Just picked up my 25 ST 2 days ago and haven't bought the obdlink yet.

Yes. It's available in the BCM using forscan under PowerPoint timeout (s)

I'll test the rear hatch again to check different scenarios. However, there's no separate lock for the hatch. If doors lock, so does the hatch.
I've had success with all doors locking with walk away lock alongside visual and audible feedback. The only time it did not work at all was when I had to take stuff out of the rear after engine off. Closed rear hatch, waited for it to close and then walked away. Did not auto lock in this specific scenario.

So, here are the results of my short testing sessions
1- Drove for 10 mins > Engine off > Opened hatch using the button below leftside of steering wheel > Closed hatch > Waited for hatch to close > Walked away = Walk Away Lock with visual and auditory feedback (WAL/VAF) worked
2- Came back to a locked car sitting with engine off for 1 hr > Opened hatch using double click of button on the fob > closed hatch > Waited for hatch to close > Walked away = WAL/VAF did not work
3- Drove for 10 mins > Engine off > Opened hatch using the button above licence plate > Closed hatch > Waited for hatch to close > Walked away = Walk Away Lock with visual and auditory feedback (WAL/VAF) worked
4- Came back to a locked car sitting with engine off for 3 mins > unlocked the rear passenger door (driver side) but did not open it > opened hatch using the button above licence plate > Closed hatch > Didnt wait for hatch to close and walked away = WAL/VAF did not work

So curious if this is a feature we could turn on. It’s more for the new 2025 Navigator with split tailgate so it’s “hands free” since there is no more kick to open. There’s a line in the APIM 7D0-09-03 that looks like it would add the option within the screen. But couldn’t find anything under the BCM that would need to be coded if needed to.
