Good morning everybody, my name is Big Daddy. I ordered a 2025ST a few weeks ago. I can't wait for it to arrive. Has anyone received theirs yet? How is the ST driving experience?
Thanks Big Daddy (BD)

I believe the plant is still retooling so production hasn’t started yet.

The latest I heard was that they might start production on May 13th. Are these ST's really fast? I've never driven one.

Absolutely. Very quick cars and amazing with a tune I’ve heard.

Do you recommend a Ford tune or an aftermarket tune. Will the aftermarket void the warranty?

The Ford tune drops the drive line warranty to 3/36. An aftermarket can void the warranty if the prove the tune caused the failure.

I did not go due to COVID when I purchased my ST. But everyone that has posted after going have said nothing but positive things about both locations. I would recommend going based on all of the positive posts.

If you have a 20-24 ST wait for 3/36k power train and get ZFG tune and intercooler. Ford tune is not worth it. If they find any of those tunes are found to be the cause of the problem they will void warranty. If you’re worried about warranty then any tunes aren’t for you.

2025 tuning is not available yet. The ECM is locked so it will be a little bit before HP Tuners cracks it.

Welcome to the forum.

The ST Experiance was pretty cool. My wife also really enjoyed it and I didn't think she would.

I have been running a ZFG 93 tune from early on in our ST. Long before the warranty was up. Can't speak to the Ford tune. It depends on what performance levels you want out of it. ZFG will give you WAY MORE than the Ford tune.

Thank you Cajun Heat. I watched a video this morning about ZFG. That is definitely the way I want to go.

You order the most expensive pre fixe menu meal on the planet. At the end of the amazing meal, they offer their world famous chocolate soufflé as the last course.

Do you turn it down?

I’m assuming that’s an overwhelming yes?

I will be running a Livernois "change on the fly" tune. Offers up to 115hp gain and has towing tuned and launch control.

What made you go with Livernoise over ZFG?

Previously worked with them on my 2014 Explorer Sport and it was great. the tuner works on the 2020 so I save money as well.

Hey they’re great and if it’s cheaper than ZFG that’s a plus.

We only had a buffet dinner in Park City the night before the fun stuff (drive and shoot) the next day!
