Yes, I use a 3rd party called https://rktship.rocksolidinternet.com usually 10-20% less than standard UPS/FedEx/USPS pricing. USPS is charged up front but FedEx and UPS are billed after it's weighed in their system and updated. They will upcharge or lower the cost if the dimensions and weights differ from the label.
