Are 305/45/20 A/S tires not a thing? Im having a hard time finding that size for some reason. Literally just google searching and the closest im finding is 295s.

Pretty much. Just one of those tire sizes.

You don’t need to be familiar, crappy tires.
You've run the Zeon? Tell us about your experience. Which vehicle did you have them on? What were your dislikes?

I had Cooper tires on my pickup. They performed well. Far from crappy.

I ran Cooper tires, but it was awhile ago so my opinion might be outdated but I haven’t heard anything different about them. They were quiet and lasted a while, but treadwear was midrange and any traction was horrible.

I can't speak for the Zeon's but I had the Discoverer AT3's on my truck and they sucked in the snow and rain! Very hard compound tire. From a dead stop I always had a hard time getting going without spinning and I have a posi differential! They were good off-road and on dry pavement but boy were they bad when it got wet. That said I would not say all Cooper tires are crappy. I'm sure some of them are as good as any others. Just my $0.02

I'm not defending Cooper. It's not a brand I would buy again. I've put Cooper on a couple of cars (Escapes). I gave a set to two of my kids as a present, they did not reach their stated mileage warranty, not even close.

That said, I find it interesting that people openly condemn a specific product with no practical experience with said product.

Saying I've run a particular product within a manufacturer's line, and it was bad. Therefore, all of that manufacturer's products are bad. This is akin to saying, "I used to drive a Fiesta, it was garbage, so you shouldn't buy an F150 because it is junk."

First-hand knowledge is critical when stating an absolute, and making a recommendation.

Can’t argue with that, but that’s also not what I’m saying though. Experience is the number one way to get knowledge, but research also does too. Technically that tire is rated 26 out of 28 in its category which does mean it’s not a great tire like I said. That’s what my first post about them being a crappy tire meant. You do make a great point though.
