Adaptive cruise weirdness

Since we picked up this new 23
The adaptive cruise has displayed some uncomfortable driving experience
It would take action, very late, as in felt like you were going to collide, then it heavy braked

We finally had time in schedule to get it in shop.
They confirmed it was AFU.
During the sight in of radar, they discovered the dealer installed advertising plastic plate, that surrounds the license plate hung down in the path of the upper edge of radar.
They removed it, re did all tests and she is now 100% .
