Anyone have the P040F0 code after installing the aFe CAI? I have triple checked every connection and it still pops up every 150 miles after clearing on my ‘22

I've had mine on for months now and haven't thrown any codes.

Go back and check the install. Is every hose connected correctly and in the right spot? I haven't seen any others throwing codes with the AFE.

No codes here. Sounds like an install error.

What is the part number for the crank case breather hose or connector? Or did you not have to replace yours after removal?

Recently got the code myself. I didn’t have to replace the hose with the sensor on mine but I will if that can be the issue. Any lucky figuring it out on your end ?

Did you guys decide to keep the turbo inlet diffusor on the passenger side or remove it.

No problems here with the CAI. Just loaded the "Monster Tune" and getting ready to enjoy the combination.

Depends which evap tube you have, one is more “one time use clip” with the newer design in late 21 and 22. Earlier models the clip system isn’t so prone to not going back on.

play with the connector, if it won’t clip and seal just order a new one from Ford. I have no freaking clue why Ford would make this change in the part, but they did.
