I installed 295/40R21 Conti DWS06 tires and wanted to add wheel spacer but don't want to stick out to far. I was looking into AKATA wheel spacer, for the front 12mm and for the rear 20mm. For the front spacers do I need to install longer wheel studs or wheel it have enough threads on the factory studs and I know I will have to cut the rears?

I'm not familiar with Akata, but I'd stick with the tried and true Bora spacers. 12 mm and 20mm is roughly .5" and 5/6". Both of those won't make the wheels flush. 1" spacers all around with the correct alignment will make the wheels flush. Also, if you're talking about slip on spacers, I wouldn't recommend a slip on spacer that big. With the Bora spacers, they're designed like another hub, so you'll actually need to trim the studs on anything smaller then 1.25" spacers.
