Android alternatives for Sync

Hi all! I want to change my Ford Sync to Android head unit. Is somebody know what head unit can be installed to 2021 Explorer ST?

Haven’t seen anything like that. Would be a big challenge as there are so many car settings built into the current system and screen.

Searching for this on a nearly daily basis. So far its nothing.

I have even mailed some of the larger aliexpress sellers and a couple "plan" on making one for the explorer but no timeline yet.
