Anti-lag System

Once again please excuse me if this has been addressed earlier in a post .
I have read several new reviews and articles on both the Ford Bronco Raptor and Ranger Raptor .
It is my understanding they share the same engine we have in out ST models
Also around the same Horsepower and Torque .
I have read both of them models have a anti-lag system on their engines.
My question is do we have a anti-lag system on our engine also ?
If so are does it apply to a certain years of the ST, Mine is a '20 ?

It looks like an upgraded version was introduced with the '21s with the loss of the BOV.

We do in a way... When WOT and going through the gears were not really losing boost like a traditional manual car would. But we also don't fully boost 100% of the time like "rally cars".

@TMac can explain better most likely. EDIT: see above...
