- 2021 Ford Police Interceptor Utility 3.0l Twin Tur
Hello. I am wondering if there are any other owners of the police interceptor version that are members here. I recently purchased a 21 Explorer interceptor utility with the 3.oll twin turbo. I've been reading all I can about it. The car is stiff and tight and accelerates awesome! I'm very happy with it. One of the things I found out is the interceptor has the 10R80 transmission with 2 mounts on the back of it instead of 1. It also has 3.13 gear ratio instead of the 3.73. Does anyone know if the 10R60 has different gear ratios from the 10R80? The shifting is very fast and stiff. I like it that way.
